We are a national modularized vertical farming platform focused on serving the lower 48 states and Canada, providing the next generation with a solution for healthy food production for an increasingly hungry planet. Our objective is to sustainably and ethically support the achievement of food sovereignty in the USA, Canada, and other countries by providing the highest nutritional standard for our product in any market we serve. OCS FOODS integrates a Reciprocal Distribution Network (RDN), granting any partnering farm immediate access to any market system-wide served by another participating farm within the co-op. Each participating farm will have a built-in introduction and opportunity to sell to and through the same channels (non-competing with the host farm’s product line), leveraging the efficiency of transportation, one master SOW, and the operational and administrative efficiencies provided by OCS, allowing growers to grow and the managers to manage. The value proposition of the reciprocal distribution network establishes efficiencies to create a national Growing Platform and demand solution that will remove otherwise restrictive barriers to entry for mid-size to smaller farming operations that could never achieve scale.
OCS Growing Platform
The OCS Growing Platform in the US will expand to include seven farms growing on 1.5 million square feet, producing 25 million pounds of multi-crop products annually, including kosher lettuce, kosher spinach, micro greens, and exotics, including six varietals of kosher and non-kosher mushrooms totaling four million additional annual pounds for distribution. All products grown through the OCS farm system can be pre-ordered by the vendor and ensured to be sold by OCS FOODS.
